To say Ridley Scott made movie history is an understatement I absolutely agree w/you- "Truckers In Space" as Ridley said he was going for. This film changed my life & to have a normal everyday woman be the ultimate heroin was also a 1st - 1 that was so overdue. I love hearing from each generation that came after me fall in love w/this incredible movie. Thank you so very much! Lady Anne

Really enjoy your podcast thanks so very much! As someone who actually saw Alien at the 1st showing on the day it opened in 1979 w/I swear the same 10 people in the theater w/me 2yrs prior& on the same day no less lolol when I saw the 1st showing of Star Wars, you have to remember in 77 no one knew what was awaiting them until word got out via news & print media lolol & 2yrs later & Alien came out. I was immediately hooked, so much so that I went back & saw next 4 showings & been a fan since!
